Dr Wayne C A Wright - Managing Partner
Wayne is a widely experienced Director and scientist (7 patents to his name) who has performed
several high profile roles within celebrated blue-chip businesses including, Unilever, Caradon and ERA Technology Ltd - one of the world's
largest technology consultancies.
His experience is in the building of businesses from the bottom up with a clear understanding of the strategic processs that are essential to driving successful growth. In addition, Wayne is a seasoned entrepreneur with investments in a Biotechnology business in the US (IPGDx), formally with an Architect business in London (Paul Henry Architects), a luxury fruit cake business which is run by his wife for retail and corporate clients (Caribbean Cake House) and a social enterprise initiative of Maidstone Warriors Basketball club - now the largest all ability club in Kent for 6-18 year olds.
Turnaround and business growth activities have been extensive including VC backed (3i and Merlin) run businesses such as PetroTechnik and Scantrack, owner managed businesses such as Scipac and Gel Systems, as well as established businesses such as Brett Waste (now Viridor) and Smiths Medical, BBI.
Glen Drury
Glen Drury has extensive experience in building businesses from initially the US through to latterly in the UK. With a strong background in Business Development and Sales he has developed in the UK to being one of the UK leading practitioners on building and growing internet based businesses. With strong strategic intellect and a plethora of senior contacts in the industry, Glen has worked with investor backed businesses such as FireSend, Kelkoo and a number of roles at Yahoo as VP looking after Northern Europe. He was instrumental in the sale of Kelkoo to Yahoo for €340m and for a number of small mergers and acquisitions. Recently Glen founded Keynoir with backing from VC heavyweights Index Ventures/ Profounders. Keynoir was successfully sold on to Time Out in 2011. As a result Glen is highly listened to as a trusted advisor to many VC and private investors in the city when it comes to fundraising for internet based businesses.
David Ogidi
David has deep experience and proven success building hi-tech companies. His work includes strategy development, proposition validation, marketing strategy development and execution, direct and channel sales execution, sales leadership, and business management. David’s goal focused and delivery approach has ensured a solid background in building 6 highly successful leading edge software businesses from scratch in the UK and Europe and taking them to either trade sale or IPO. Example businesses include Interwoven, MapInfo, Strategic Mapping Inc and SQRIBE Technologies Inc.
Tayo Dada
Tayo is an experienced IT professional who is extremely proficient in handling
data and producing information for strategic network decisions
from the use of technological tools and software.
Tayo has over 14 years of LAN and WAN experience. Capable of handling
Cisco Routers and Switches, MS Exchange, IIS, Windows NT/2000 Server, Checkpoint
Firewall 1, Nokia IP 330-500,Netscreen, Cisco Pix firewall, Smoothwall
firewall – all covered by relevant certifications.
He has been involved in senior management positions within UK and European
businesses providing strategic and hands-on implementation to rollouts
(Windows upgrades) across 9 European sites. Tayo has also been instrumental
in developing and implementing VPN, WAN, Wireless, Help Desk and Security
solutions throughout many European offices.
Alison Hughes- Accounts
Alison has been working with the company part-time as a management accountant ensuring compliance in all our day to day financial activities.
Dr Joanne Wright - Client account support
Joanne provides account management support to our clients by reviewing on a regular basis the relationships developed so that the client achieves its goals.
Joanne's background in advanced industrial chemical engineering helps to provide a level of attention to detail in ensuring the processes and systems in the office runs efficiently.
