Wayne is a widely experienced Director and scientist who has performed several high profile roles within celebrated blue-chip businesses including, Unilever, Caradon and ERA Technology Ltd - one of the world's largest technology consultancies.

Latterly he has served as Operations Director within a medium-size business; streamlining processes, setting up a subsidiary in South America and leading a step change in culture and innovation within the business through the issuing of 7 patents within 3 years. Wayne is also President for a Biotechnology business in the USA and a Director for an Architect business in the UK.

Tayo Dada
Tayo is an experienced IT professional who is extremely proficient in handling data and producing information for strategic network decisions from the use of technological tools and software.

Tayo has over 14 years of LAN and WAN experience.  Capable of handling Cisco Routers and Switches, MS Exchange, IIS, Windows NT/2000 Server, Checkpoint Firewall 1, Nokia IP 330-500,Netscreen, Cisco Pix firewall, Smoothwall firewall – all covered by relevant certifications.

He has been involved in senior management positions within UK and European businesses providing strategic and hands-on implementation to rollouts (Windows upgrades) across 9 European sites.  Tayo has also been instrumental in developing and implementing VPN, WAN, Wireless, Help Desk and Security solutions throughout many European offices.

Doreen Henry
Doreen Henry has extensive experience of working in both the public and voluntary sectors for over 20 years.  Doreen has worked on a pathfinder project identifying the factors that influences community cohesion in a London authority and recommending appropriate strategic solutions.

Doreen’s understanding of diversity and community issues have engaged her on a number of key local and national government projects including the Home Office, Lord Chancellor’s Department and Police Services throughout England and Wales as well as the business and commercial sector (Coca Cola and CitiBank).

Rob Wright
Rob is a corporate communications creative whose strength lies in producing integrated communications. helping organisations and people make lasting connections with both internal as well as external audiences.

Rob has years of experience producing incisive corporate communications, using his all-round skills in copywriting, graphic design, advertising, direct mail, new media and corporate identity.

To make lasting connections with client's stakeholders, Rob thinks strategically - and executes using big, compelling ideas wherever possible - helping companies such as Ford, BT, Barclays, ICO, Volkswagen, Commercial Vehicles, Akai, Granville Baird, Harper Collins Publishers, Cable & Wireless, as well as a number of market-leading SME's.
